The Museum of Palestinian Memory was established to
document the history of the villages that have been
destroyed or depopulated through ethnic cleansing (the
Nakba) and to preserve their memory. It describes the
relationship that Palestinians have had with the land for
thousands of years. The documentation refutes Zionist
accounts of events since their occupation of historic Palestine
in 1948.
